Oh, I am so with you on all of those items. Love the humor with the cinnamon rolls in a can (we love these) - pizza delivery, etc. :)

Thanks Kathy!

I'm not bragging AT ALL but usually I do make homemade cinnamon rolls on Friday afternoons, and we have homemade pizza on Friday nights. HOWEVER.... this week has been particularly hard, and not only did we order Domino's on Friday night, but had canned cinnamon rolls on Saturday morning, take out Thai on Saturday night (followed by indigestion...blah) and nachos for "snack dinner" on Sunday night.

I have a greeeeaaat recipe from Alton Brown (Food Network's "Good Eats") for overnight cinnamon rolls...make them on Friday, fridge them, then rise them in the morning in a warm oven and bake them up -- the Saturday process takes only about an hour. Here's the link:

My husband would say that I like to make them homemade because I'm a glutton for punishment, especially since the girls and he are perfectly satisfied with the Doughboy. Hee hee! :)

Writing my 10 things about once a week is a great exercise in thankfulness...it's easy to become disatisfied and wanting "more" when I don't overtly make myself aware of what amazing blessings the Lord has bestowed upon me! 10 is never enough.
