Stephanie, I just found your blog through your signature link at TWTM.
This bread is gorgeous! It is just the kind I have been wanting to bake.
Yesterday I was skimming The Bread Baker's Apprentice wondering if I could REALLY make bread that looks and tastes so good.
I still need a few supplies (a stone and a large container for the refrigerated dough), but I think I'm going to give it a shot!
